Looks like four new people will be working for the world’s worst boss… House. According to Ausiello, House is bringing on four new cast members to play four new underlings, two male and two female, and they will be starting at the beginning of next season. But what about Foreman, Chase and Cameron? Ausiello spills that all three, played by Jennifer Morrison, Jesse Spencer and Omar Epps, are supposed to be returning next season as well.

Wonder if the four newbies will be temps to be recurring characters on the show or brought on as full regular cast members?

Apparently, someone at FOX really loves House, because they have already announced the fact that House will be the show to follow the Super Bowl XLII in January 2008. It seems a little odd that they would announce it so soon, we’re talking well over a half-year in advance.

Remember the success Grey’s Anatomy had when the post-Super Bowl episode really ramped things up by getting new viewers on board? With all the new series FOX is launching for the 2007-2008 season, I can’t help but wonder if they might have wanted to delay the decision in order to ensure they were making the right one, rather than announcing this so darn early.

No word if there will be a super special episode, but we will keep you posted as more details are known.

Last time FOX had the chance, in 2005, they aired an episode of Simpsons and premiered American Dad (do you even remember that one??)

Maybe they have another reason to keep the cast of House happy?

I just love Piper Perabo from when I first saw her in Coyote Ugly. So I am tickled she will not only be guest starring on House, but she will be playing his… love interest!

Piper will first pop up during the second-to-last episode of the season, but that is currently the only episode she is currently contracted for. However, the role has recurring potential. Wheeee!

Yep, tonight is the night that Dave Matthews has his guest starring role on House. And we have a video sneak peak for your pleasure!

Dave is guest starring as the victim of the week that gets miraculously cured by Doc Wonder.

It should be no surprise for House fans that FOX has already picked up the series for a fourth season.

Season to date, “House” has averaged a strong 7.1 rating/18 share in adults 18-49, as well as 17.4 million viewers. It’s Fox’s top-rated scripted skein, and No. 3 among all webs with adults 18-49.

Show stars Hugh Laurie as Dr. Gregory House, an acerbic but brilliant infectious disease specialist. Omar Epps, Jennifer Morrison, Jesse Spencer, Robert Sean Leonard and Lisa Edelstein also star.

Guess the show hasn’t gotten too formula for the network yet! I don’t know about you, but it has definitely started to have the “same old, same old” feel to it.

We have another celeb lined up to play a patient with a mysterious illness. This time Dave Matthews (yes, the Dave Matthews of the Dave Matthews Band) has signed on for a single episode of House to air later this season.

I just received a tip that Grammy winner Dave Matthews (of Dave Matthews Band fame) will guest star on House this February. According to my spy, the “Crash” crooner will play the show’s victim of the week — in this case, a pianist (tee-hee) who comes down with a (shocker!) mysterious illness.

It is always nice when musicians also have the acting bug… at least when they are talented! And since this isn’t his first acting gig, Dave Matthews fans should be in for a treat!

You gotta love it. Kristen from E! says that the team from Scrubs bhas set their fourth episode of the season to be an episode that makes fun of the FOX show House, M.D.!

The fourth episode is titled “My House” and makes a total mockery of Fox’s Gregory House, M.D.! Apparently Dr. Cox will solve several medical mysteries in a short period of time.

This should be hysterical, and if they market it right, could also garner some House fans along the way.
